Our Founder

Lexi Moriarty

Lexi Moriarty founded Axia Real Estate Advisors in 2021 to help owners and users of commercial real estate realize more value through active asset management of their properties. Lexi has over 15 years of experience in increasing property value around the country for institutional owners, developers and family offices. She has strategically managed, developed, acquired or disposed of over three billion dollars of commercial real estate. She brings a “cradle-to-grave” investment management approach to strategically add value to all property types.

Credentials

Lexi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, is a CCIM designee and is Past President of CREW Los Angeles. She has worked for national and regional developers building mixed-use, senior housing and retail developments, for institutional funds adding value to shopping centers, for a public REIT and has appraisal experience. She is an economist and her commercial real estate research work has been published in Real Estate Economics, Institutional Real Estate Investor, by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and by CREW Network.
